Our Consultation Process

Here at Dawsongroup | tcs Ireland, we provide a free of charge consultation service using our expertise and skills to learn about your business in the first instance. Our team will assess your operations through an initial site visit, and we will work with you to identify solutions that improve your productivity and profitability. CAD drawings are supplied at no extra cost whether you decide to proceed or not with our solution. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a different perspective and one that offers our market leading knowledge. Finally, we will welcome you to our office and site in Naas, Co. Kildare to view some of our units and discuss your options.

Appointment

Initial meeting to discuss what you are trying to achieve and complete a site visit to view current processes.

Subsequent Meetings

Discuss possible solutions to meet your business requirements.

Drawing

Provide CAD drawings to support and illustrate proposed solutions.

Proposal

Provide proposal highlighting how the Dawsongroup proposed solution will work alongside your current operations and improve future operational efficiency.

Quote

Provide a quote, sign the contract, and arrange delivery and installation.

Dawsongroup Service and Support

The Dawsongroup customer service desk is staffed 24/7 by Dawsongroup employees ensuring the highest quality of customer service or support regardless of what time of day it is. Our refrigeration equipment is serviced twice a year, a full bodywork service is carried out at three years on longer-term hires, with ancillary equipment serviced in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines.
