The Dawsongroup customer service desk is staffed 24/7 by Dawsongroup employees ensuring the highest quality of customer service and aftersales support is always available. Our commitment to providing excellent customer service ensures our customers receive quality support if or when it is needed.


Prior to Delivery

Before delivery, all second-hand equipment goes through our bodyshop to ensure it is fully refurbished and brought up to specification. Our service and bodyshop engineers will use this time to carry out modifications which will be specific to your requirements. Then the next step is to ensure the refrigeration equipment is in full working order by a 46-point pre-delivery check, F-Gas leak inspection and a final electrical safety check, all of which are certified with copies logged and available on request if required. Furthermore, all the required temperatures, parameters and modifications are completed by our expert in-house team of engineers.

We expect by this time the equipment will have been used and this is your time to advise us if there are any issues or ask for help if required. By doing this we can react quickly and take corrective action if we have fallen short of the standards expected by a market leading company.

Here at Dawsongroup | TCS Ireland, we pride ourselves on the level of customer support we offer. All of our staff are encouraged to provide the best level of customer care possible to all our customers. We find it helps that if or when an issue arise that our engineers are employed by us and therefore are locally available.

We provide training to our customers on site as part of our commissioning so that customers are confident in the equipment on hire. Additional training is available if required and our service and engineering team are happy to support customers and answer any questions or queries.


Dawsongroup Service and Breakdown Response

The Customer Service Desk is staffed 24/7 by Dawsongroup employees. Refrigeration equipment is serviced twice a year, a full bodywork service is carried out at three years on longer-term hires, with ancillary equipment serviced in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines. We strive to attend all callouts within 4 hours and our expert team of engineers are highly trained and knowledgeable in problem resolution. Also, our specialist team are skilled in on-site body repairs and will ensure your assets are kept in good working order.
