First Steps

Before the initial consultation process kicks in, our sales consultant or project manager will visit you at your business to ascertain how your business operates and to identify the pain points you are experiencing. We will assess how our temperature control solutions will alleviate your pain points and provide you with a proposed solution that will meet your business requirements. The aim is to supply a solution specifically designed to maximise your operations and increase productivity.

Seamless Consultation

It is vitally important that the consultation process is as seamless as possible. We will happily discuss and evaluate concepts with you supported by CAD drawings and input from our projects team as required.

We do not charge for this early-stage process regardless of whether you decide to proceed or not and it shows how confident we are that our solutions will work effectively for you.

When creating your specific solution, our experienced in-house team will generate one of a few designs with your business needs and requirements in mind. This will give you an idea of what the solution will look like when it is finished. And as mentioned, we offer this free no obligation proposal (which includes site measured drawings, specification and refrigeration calculations).

Endless Possibilities

Dawsongroup | TCS Ireland will be the one point of contact for the entire project, project management from inception to completion. When installing your project, we will have a continuous site presence and in addition to taking care of installation, we also have in-house appointed staff that can plan and organise crane lifts.

We will outline the time the project will take, and we promise to keep our customers up to date. We will chair a weekly/bi-weekly site meeting to ensure the project remains on schedule, and within budget.
